Do you have trouble remembering to book your MOT? This year VOSA is launching a MOT reminder service. You can opt into the service for a single cost of £1.50 (inc VAT) and is automatically collected via the mobile phone network once the registration has been accepted. Reminders will be sent to UK mobiles five weeks before, two weeks before and on the day before the MOT test due date.

My collect garage called Kingshurst Automotive do a similar service they phone you a week before your annual MOT to remind you your MOT is coming up and ask if you would like to book a time for your car or bike.
